  • Taylor has been in the fitness industry for two decades and founded All Day Training in 2011.

  • Taylor’s time and experience has allowed him to work with all types of clients. He has taken part in helping others achieve any fitness goal imaginable. Whatever your goal is, he has been there done that, and can help you do it too.

  • Taylor is also well versed in the art of nutrition and is more than confident to provide the dietary advice and guidance you need to achieve.

  • Certifications: Personal Training Certification from the Cooper Institute, Dallas, and Crossfit L-1 Coach.

  • Available Services: One-on-One Personal Training, and Group Training on M, W, F at 7:00am and 10:00am.

  • Travis’ fitness background starts in sports, playing soccer at the collegiate level.

  • Travis’ love and specialty is strength and conditioning. He has coached powerlifters at the national level, and one of his clients is the top 10 in the world for their class.

  • Although Travis is a world class strength coach, he also works with elderly individuals, providing them with a new quality of life by giving them the ability to do the things they used to.

  • Certifications: ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA Certification in Fitness Nutrition, Background in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Cole has been in the fitness industry since he graduated from Texas State with a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science.

  • Cole is passionate about developing young athletes, but works with all types of individuals and populations.

  • Fitness is a huge part of Cole’s life, and his mission is to make fitness a huge part of the next generation’s lives also.

  • Specialties: Youth Strength and Conditioning, and Pre- & Postnatal Training.

  • Jimmy’s fitness career started in high school when he was playing basketball. During the off-season workouts, he participated in strength training and the rest is history.

  • Jimmy started working in fitness during his career in the Air Force when he was a fitness coordinator.

  • Jimmy believes in fitness and feels that it is an essential part of anyone’s life.

  • Erica has worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer for six years. During this time she has instructed a plethora of classes including strength and conditioning, barre, spin, sit to fit, and more.

  • Erica has worked with many clients post-injury and has had great success getting her clients back in shape and better than ever. She also has a great deal of experience with the special needs population, and has been the sole reason for increased skill and ability in many of her clients.

  • Erica can provide nutritional guidance when necessary, and currently offers macro plans, and meal suggestions.

  • Certifications: ISSA Personal Training, ISSA Glute Specialist, SPIN Certification, and Barre Certification.

  • Available Services: One-on-One Personal Training, and Group Training on M, W, F, at 6:15am.
