Keith Stroman

Six years ago I began working out with Taylor and the team at All Day Training to help improve both my self-confidence and my fitness. I achieved way more than that. I also gained a new family through the natural camaraderie that exists at ADT. Last year I was diagnosed with advanced, bi-lateral renal carcinoma. While I was not emotionally prepared for that kind of news, physically I was, thanks to ADT. Because of my fitness level and general overall health, I was able to qualify for a new clinical trial in immunotherapy that quite literally saved my life. Thank you, Taylor and the entire All Day Training family, for continuing to inspire and encourage me each week. I have truly been blessed.


Does lifting weights work? It absolutely does! But you also have to be willing to do the work and listen to your trainer. I met Taylor McMillen back in December of 2017 and he acknowledged my apprehension of “just lifting weights” and told me that if I would trust him and do what he recommends than I would reach my goal and lose the weight. We started and continue almost 2 years later training 3 times a week. We’ve made a few tweaks to my diet and we worked on a goal of 10,000 steps a day. The weight has come off slow and steady and I’m now stronger and leaner while still working full time and running a household with active kids. Yes, life can be busy and hectic but you can and should make time for yourself. Taylor McMillen knows what you can do and has the expertise to help you meet your goals. He is friendly and knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable from day one. In fact, the entire team at ADT made me feel welcome from the onset of my training and I look forward to seeing everyone there every week. What I love the most is that Taylor has never done the same exercise set twice and the workouts stay interesting and hard! I encourage you to try something new, be willing to push yourself and stay confident in your ability to transform both your body and your way of thinking about exercise. I have new goals now- to never stop moving, to enjoy every bite and drink to nourish myself, and to continue to trust Taylor and his process of body transformation.

I am a 38 year old working mother of two and I have been training with Taylor for almost 3 years.  He has helped me change not only the way that I look but more importantly the way that I feel.  I have lost over 10% of my body fat and 27 lbs total, but I have more energy than I did 10  years ago and I wake up every day feeling better and looking forward to my next workout.  Taylor’s drive and inventiveness keeps me motivated and inspired to keep reaching towards my ever-changing goals.  I had a set-back this year when I ruptured my ACL snow skiing, but Taylor was able to adjust my work-outs and keep me going while I recovered and I was back to 100% in record time.  Taylor understands that I don’t want to look like a body-builder and focuses my workouts around conditioning and cardio based exercises and he keeps pushing me to the next level even when I feel that I have reached my limit.  Most importantly, he makes it all fun……….we laugh and have a good time while we are sweating out those calories.  I feel like personal training with Taylor is the best investment I have ever made!


Sue Cole

It’s never too late!  I’ve heard it, read it – and dismissed it – for years, but working with Travis has made me a believer.  When he took me on as a client, I was two months from my 66th birthday, overweight, arthritic, sedentary, and had heart issues serious enough to require a pacemaker and defibrillator implant.  Now at 67, I feel GREAT – stronger, slimmer, and so much healthier.  Travis keeps our personal training sessions varied, intense, and challenging, but even when I leave exhausted and sweat-soaked, I know that the hour under his supervision has helped me be better that I ever thought I could be.  He is both my harshest critic and my strongest voice of support , motivation, and encouragement.  Training with him has significantly increased my fitness level physically, emotionally, and with his guidance, nutritionally.  And I have no doubt that our sessions have helped me recover more quickly and with fewer side effects from two cancer operations, chemotherapy, and radiation treatments.  Training with Travis – certainly tough and demanding, but definitely life-changing!

Dee King

I started training with Taylor 3 years ago in order to lose a few lbs and lower my cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure. I have lost and kept off nearly 50 lbs and 14% body fat and my cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure are better than they have ever been. Today I train with Taylor because I WANT to. With his support and encouragement, I completed my first ever event- a sprint triathlon one month before my 37th birthday. Soon I’ll be completing other events, as it’s more than just working out & losing weight/body fat percentage, it’s a lifestyle. I’ll be turning 40 when another three years have passed and I can’t wait to find out what accomplishment that will bring and to hear him cheering me along while it happens!

I started working out with Taylor at a critical point in my life.    I’d just finished weeks of physical therapy for a badly torn hamstring – just because I slipped on a wet spot.  It was one of a series of mishaps in the preceding months, but it was a huge wake-up call.  By then I’d reached critical mass with my weight.  I’d also developed high blood pressure, shortness of breath, severe knee arthritis and swollen ankles.  I knew I had to do something different.   After all, these things happened despite my daily cardio routine and my perceived healthy diet.

Taylor listened intently to my story and goals, then got right to work on a plan.  Admittedly, I was terrified of reinjuring my hamstring, falling down and aggravating my knee pain.  But those worries faded away as I saw how seriously Taylor took my safety.  He made sure I maintained proper form while continually pushing me to develop strength, balance and coordination.  He also kept me accountable for my food choices.  As the weeks flew by, I began to feel stronger, more confident and smaller.

Now I’ve lost over 40 pounds, and I feel stronger than I have in my entire adult life.  Taylor continues to push me past my limits.  Somehow, he always knows if something is too easy and changes it immediately.  I never imagined how much fun it could be to work so hard.  Thanks to Taylor, I am living a transformed life, feeling stronger, healthier and happier than I ever imagined when we first started this journey over 1 ½ years ago.

Travis Capps has been my trainer for the past year. I’ve worked with quite a few trainers over the years, and will be the first to admit I have crazy high expectations. One of those previous trainers, I just didn’t think I’d ever be able to replace.  After my first session with Travis, I knew we were back in business.  I want the extra challenge, demand extreme attention to form, and need someone with the ability to spontaneously adapt to an aging body with many issues. Whether dealing with an injury, lagging motivation, or a needed reality check, I can count on Travis and his equally crazy high expectations. Finally, throughout it all, I feel I’ve gained a friend, someone who truly cares and wants what is best for me personally.
